Guide published detailing science journalism training across Europe

A new edition has been released of a training course guide designed to promote science journalism across Europe.

The Guide to Science Journalism Training - 2008 edition has been issued by the European Commission's Directorate General for Research.

It contains an inventory of the training courses in science journalism across the 27 Member States of the European Union, as well as exchange programmes, scholarships and other initiatives supporting science journalism.

The first edition was published in December 2007 during the first European Forum on Science Journalism.
